Frame: Construction – Hardwood, at all Stress Points. High Quality OSB for all “Filler” places, such as the front arm and bottom base board. All OSB is supported by Hardwood. The rim on the front of the seat is covered in a thick foam for a soft edge.

Springs: 8 gauge, Sinuous, No-sag springs are used in all products and supported by hardwood Clip Rails, and hardwood Seat Stretch Rails. All springs are attached together with a heavy-duty border wire.

Backs: Fiber blown backs. Some larger backs are blown into 2 separate chambers to keep the fiber from shifting. 3 types of backs.

1) Scatter Back – Back pillows are loose and float freely along the back.

2) Fitted Attached Back – Backs are shaped and fitted to the frame as well as attached to the frame.

3) Fitted Double-Sided Unattached Back – Backs are shaped and fitted to the frame, but remain unattached enabling it to be flipped and rotated as needed, and can even be removed to for cleaning. These backs are designed with a half inch push on the sides therefore allowing the backs to remain upright and placed correctly against the back.

Fabrics: Our Fabrics are carefully selected from the same manufacturing plants in China that all other furniture manufacturers purchase from.

Arms: All stress points are constructed of hardwood, then wrapped in cardboard for a smooth feel. Next is the foam padding for comfort, then wrapped in fiber for a smooth, even, and consistent look.

Legs & Installation: Products are married with a variety of different stylish legs of both wood and plastic. Wood legs have a lag bolt that screws into the bottom of the unit. Plastic legs attach using standard wood screws. All Legs are included in price but can not be changed due to different lengths and hole settings.
